Could the accelerated development of technology – including 5G, digital collaboration tools like zoom and white boards, and the significant changes in where and how we work including hybrid models, fully remote, back in person – actually create more opportunities to be fully human? To have an economic imperative to grow, develop, and be “well?” Early indicators point in this direction, and Penn State’s College of Health and Human Development is uniquely positioned to lead. In this talk, Dr. Small will share work her lab and private sector collaborators are doing in entrepreneurship and innovation to advance human flourishing, equity, and a more sustainable human future.
