Fellowship opportunity: The interdisciplinary Prevention and Methodology Training (PAMT) Program cross-trains pre-doctoral and post-doctoral graduate students in prevention science and statistical methodology. PAMT is funded by the National Institute on Drug Abuse through a T32 grant to The Edna Bennett Pierce Prevention Research Center and The Methodology Center. On Friday, December 13, from 1-2 p.m. in 401 Health and Human Development Building, Damon Jones (Associate Training Director) will host an information session about PAMT for interested Penn State graduate students. He will discuss the purpose of PAMT application process, advantages of the program, and expectations associated with receiving a fellowship. A few current or prospective PAMT faculty mentors will present their research briefly, and there will be plenty of opportunity for attendees to get their questions answered.
