Tier 2: Interactive Training and Collaborative Learning

Tier 2 offers engaging, group-based training and technical assistance delivered live—in person or virtually. Designed to be more interactive than Tier 1, these sessions include learning community meetings, topic-specific trainings, and live webinars that allow participants to connect directly with presenters and peers.

This tier provides a deeper level of support while still reaching a broad audience, fostering discussion, shared learning, and practical application of key concepts. Ongoing evaluation captures important insights such as event topics, participation, delivery format, and engagement, helping ensure high-quality, impactful experiences for all participants.
