This feasibility and effectiveness study intended to (1) adapt an existing, evidence-based Mindful Self-Compassion training (MSC; Neff & Germer, 2013) into a professional development (PD) program for educators, and (2) evaluate the outcomes of the program on teachers’ wellbeing, the quality of teacher-student relationships and interactions, and school social climate.
