Sarah Hamel is an experienced public health professional with a background in health education as well as program planning and administration. Sarah brings a forward-thinking and upstream focus to her role as Research Project Manager with the Evidence-to-Impact Collaborative, where she oversees and manages projects involving both internal and external stakeholders. Previously, Sarah worked at Penn State as part of the University’s COVID response effort and served in county government as a worksite wellness program coordinator. Sarah has a B.S. in Biology from Shippensburg University and an MPH in Community Health Education from Southern Illinois University Carbondale. 

Sarah has interests in health education, health communication, college student health and well being, infectious and chronic disease prevention, and health disparities.
