Lisa supports Pennsylvania’s Juvenile Justice System Enhancement Strategy (JJSES) by administering the Standardized Program Evaluation Protocol (SPEP™) to services offered statewide to juvenile justice involved youth. In 2015 she was certified as a Level II Trainer of the SPEP by Vanderbilt University. She works closely with county juvenile probation department staff and service providers in developing improvement plans to increase the effectiveness of services provided to youth.
