Lisa Fetzer supports Pennsylvania’s Juvenile Justice System Enhancement Strategy (JJSES) by administering the Standardized Program Evaluation Protocol (SPEP™) to services offered statewide to juvenile justice involved youth. She is assigned to Region 3, which currently has five counties trained to implement the SPEP™: Bucks, Delaware, Luzerne, Lycoming, and Montgomery.

Lisa has 26 years of experience serving as a juvenile probation officer, meeting with youth regularly and focusing on providing them with quality services and support. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Mansfield University.
