Ethan Kile is interested in studying the processes of craving for people in recovery from substance use across time scales. Additionally, he is interested in developing and applying open-source quantitative methods and tools that help researchers better study, explore, and model their respective phenomena of interest.

The Prevention and Methodology Training (PAMT) program, funded by a T32 grant from the National Institute on Drug Abuse, trains predoctoral and postdoctoral researchers in the integration of prevention science and statistical methodology for the behavioral sciences.
