Christa Park is a Juvenile Justice System Improvement Specialist at EPIS. She graduated from Penn State with a Bachelor’s Degree in Administration of Justice; in 2013, she completed a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration. She has 20 years of experience in residential care. Christa began her career as a drug and alcohol counselor assistant and went on to work as a clinical director overseeing services for clients receiving mental health, substance abuse, and general residential care. She has extensive experience in quality assurance and providing technical assistance on performance improvement efforts. Christa is passionate about trauma-informed care and has completed training on the Sanctuary Model through the Andrus Institute.
