Carol Gaddis collaborates with project staff to develop and implement data management plans for community organizations to collect and report project data to funders.  She also designs and supports the tools and processes to collect performance, process, and outcome data for programs that support the well-being of Pennsylvania youth and families.

Carol graduated from Penn State with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering.  She also earned her MBA from the University of Akron.
