Mental Health First Aid training free for first 100 PA registrants

Through a PRC grant from the Substance Use and Mental Health Service Administration, the first 100 Pennsylvania residents who register for Mental Health First Aid can take the course for free. This is a limited time offer.

Mental Health First Aid for Adults Working with Youth is designed to teach adults who regularly interact with young people how to provide initial support to youth experiencing mental health or addiction challenges and assist them in finding the help and care they need.
Through a PRC project funded by the Substance Use and Mental Health Service Administration(SAMHSA), the first 100 Pennsylvania residents who register can take the course for free. The course normally costs $35.
This course consists of two hours of self-paced online learning and a six-hour live instructor-led virtual class. The course includes activities and opportunities to practice support strategies. A certificate will be available online after completion of the course.
