Evidence-Based Prevention and Intervention Support (EPIS), a project of the Edna Bennett Pierce Prevention Research Center, is seeking applicants for the position of Research Data Management Specialist. EPIS is a technical assistance provider serving organizations throughout Pennsylvania as they implement evidence-based prevention and intervention programs targeting delinquency, youth drug use, and other problem behaviors.

This position advises and assists project staff in developing and implementing a data management plan that focuses on the collection, structure/format, coding, review, entry, validation, editing, and reporting of project data; collaborates with EPIS technical assistance staff, project manager, evaluator, and principal investigator to design customized Microsoft Excel based data collection tools to meet the specifications of the data management plan to collect performance, process and outcomes data, and report generation; creates technical documents detailing defined procedures and creates and implements training sessions for project staff and community organizations implementing prevention programs.
