Few skills and resources are available to high school students for managing the many life and school stressors to which adolescents are exposed. If implemented within the regular school curriculum, the physical exercises, breathing, meditation, and relaxation practices of yoga are likely to be useful stress coping skills. Our randomized controlled trials of yoga practice in conventional high schools are evaluating outcomes of stress, resilience, and mental health.
