Juvenile Justice System Improvement Specialist, EPISCenter
Anthony Stukes is a Juvenile Justice System Improvement Specialist at the EPISCenter. His role is to support Pennsylvania’s Juvenile Justice System Enhancement Strategy (JJSES) by administering the Standardized Program Evaluation Protocol (SPEP™) to services offered statewide to juvenile justice involved youth. Anthony attained his Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Temple University and his Master’s degree in Social Work from Widener University. Anthony has worked in the human services field for 20 years previously employed by a private service provider. Having provided supportive services to over 8000 adolescent youth and families in his previous role, Anthony is encouraged to provide support in Pennsylvania’s effort to improve its Juvenile Justice System.
