Amy Herb has thirteen years’ experience in public service with a focus in quality assurance and juvenile justice system improvement. She most recently served as the Administrator of Program Evaluation for Delaware Youth Rehabilitative Services as the statewide Level 2 SPEP Trainer and Project Director for the Juvenile Justice Reinvestment and Reform Initiative and Second Chance Act grants. She began her career in public service at Delaware Family Court, where she served as a representative to the Juvenile Detention Alternative Initiative statewide reform. Amy was a Criminal Justice Senior Planner for the Delaware Criminal Justice Council for eight years, where she oversaw quality assurance, project management and implementation of statewide criminal justice grants and programs. She holds a master’s degree in Administration of Justice with a concentration in Criminal Behavior from Wilmington University. Amy spends time volunteering as the Chair of Sisters in Success at Baylor Women’s Correctional Institution and serves on the Advisory Board at Serviam Girls Academy.
