Biography

Jessica is a pre-doctoral trainee in the NIDA-funded Prevention And Methodology Training Program at Penn State. Her research interests include: 

  • Substance use during adolescence and young adulthood
  • Alternative nicotine/tobacco product use (e.g., e-cigarettes, hookah, smokeless tobacco)
  • Alcohol use, heavy episodic drinking, high intensity drinking
  • Poly-substance use
  • Integrating innovative statistical methods and research designs (e.g., time-varying effect models, latent class analysis, ambulatory assessment) with the study of substance use during adolescence and young adulthood
