From the South (York/Harrisburg)
- Take 322W (do not take Business Route 322) to PA26/College Avenue
- Follow PA26 into State College downtown (approx. 1 mile)
- PA26 becomes E College Ave.
- The Biobehavioral Health Building is the second buildling up from College Avenue between McAllister and Pugh Streets, on the right. There are parking garages on both Pugh Street and McAllister Street.

- Take I-80 W. to PA26 toward State College
- PA26 becomes E College Avenue.
